RounTrey Tennis Court Rules and Policies
Hours of operation are 7:00am- 9:00pm. If a resident is using the facilities out of the operational hours, they are subject to trespassing charges.
The tennis court is available for use to RounTrey, New Market Estates and New Market Village residents only.
The tennis court is available on a first come/first serve basis. If another neighbor would like to use the court and are willing to wait, the person playing must relinquish the court after 30 mins to the person waiting.
The tennis court may be used to play pickleball, during normal hours.
No animals are allowed on the court.
Smoking, use of tobacco products, or vaping while on the tennis court is prohibited.
Glassware or breakable items is prohibited.
No weapons or firearms of any kind are allowed.
Abusive or profane language or breach of peace will not be tolerated.
Trash and/or food must be disposed of within the proper receptacles. Homeowners are expected to clean-up after themselves.
Trespassing or vandalism will result in suspension and possible criminal prosecution.
The Association has the right to amend these rules and policies without notice.
