NewMarket Clubhouse Overview
The NewMarket Clubhouse is a welcoming neighborhood gathering space designed to bring friends and families together. Thoughtfully furnished with comfortable, modern décor and accented by three custom locally crafted barn doors, this inviting venue offers more than 1,500 square feet of flexible space and comfortably accommodates up to 50 guests.
Perfect for celebrations, meetings, and special occasions, the clubhouse features a cozy fireplace, comfortable seating, a spacious service and bar area, refrigerator, sink, and accessible amenities. During pool season, the washrooms are shared with the pool area; however, the custom barn doors allow the space to be closed off to ensure privacy during your event. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a large HD television, and a multi-channel audio system to support your gathering needs.
Rental Information
The NewMarket Clubhouse is available for rent exclusively to current residents of RounTrey and NewMarket.

Holiday Closures
To allow our volunteers and staff time with their families, the clubhouses are not available for rent on:
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
