Paying HOA Dues (2022)
For homeowners who use the CIT platform and pay a convenience fee for this service:
Note: Neither ACS West nor RounTrey/New Market have control over the CIT convenience fee. If you do not wish to pay a convenience fee going forward, please complete the ACH form and follow the instructions below on where to return it.
- Click here to log on to the CIT platform
- Delete the quarterly payment you have set up at the old assessment amount of $250.00
- Set up a new payment request for $260.00

For homeowners who sent in a voided check and set up a direct debit for ACS West to pull the money from their account quarterly: you do NOT have to do anything.
Anytime the assessment increases or decreases the direct debit will increase or decrease. You should have received a letter in November advising of the new assessment amount and also letting you know that your direct debit would increase automatically.
If you are interested in having your money directly debited from your account so you do not have to worry about the convenience fee or redoing your payment amount, please complete the ACH form and return with a voided check to ACS West 1904 Byrd Avenue, Ste 100 Richmond, VA 23230.

As always, you are also more then welcome to mail your assessment to RounTrey Community Association c/o ACS West, INC, P.O. Box 62554, Phoenix, AZ 85082-2554. Please remember to make the check payable to RounTrey Community Association and to make sure your address is listed on your check.
