NEW KEY FOBS
As you may be aware, the HOA has recently switched over to a key fob system to access the gym, pool and clubhouse. You will need to complete the key fob request form found below. (Please note: The HOA provides 1 key fob per residence. If you would like more than 1 fob (or have lost/misplaced yours), you may purchase each extra fob for $10.00. Please complete the "Request for Additional Fob Form" form.)
HOW TO PAY FOR EXTRA/REPLACEMENT FOBS
Checks for Additional Fobs (or replacement fobs), the Unlimited Passes, and/or Caregiver Passes
should made payable to

RounTrey HOA Board of Directors are excited to announce that we are launching a new membership management system that will allow you to buy guest passes as well as have the front gate staff check you and your guests in quickly at the front gate among many other benefits.
As part of the pre-launch process, we have worked hard to clean our records and import all of your existing account data into the new system. We ask that when you first log into the new system to please take a moment to verify all of your account information and make any corrections needed. If you have any questions or need assistance with any changes, please contact our Community Manager at [email protected].

Renters will need to have homeowners complete the Delegation of Right & Privileges – RounTrey form and email it to [email protected] and [email protected] to get pool access transferred.
