RounTrey Pool Overview- 2023
NEW KEY FOBS
As you may be aware, the HOA has recently switched over to a key fob system to access the gym, pool and clubhouse. You will need to complete the key fob request form found below. (Please note: The HOA provides 1 key fob per residence. If you would like more than 1 fob (or have lost/misplaced yours), you may purchase each extra fob for $10.00. Please complete the "Request for Additional Fob Form" form.)
UNLIMITED GUEST PASS and CAREGIVER PASS INFO
You can also complete requests for an unlimited guest and/or caregiver pool pass also, if needed.
Unlimited and Caregiver passes are $60 each.
HOW TO PAY FOR EXTRA/REPLACEMENT FOBS
Checks for Additional Fobs (or replacement fobs), the Unlimited Passes, and/or Caregiver Passes
should made payable to
RounTrey HOA and sent to:

Renters will need to have homeowners complete the Delegation of Right & Privileges – RounTrey form and email it to rountreypool@gmail.com and bekki@acswest.org to get pool access transferred.

GLASS IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE POOL FENCE
POSSESSION OF GLASS WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF POOL PRIVILEGES FOR THE ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON.
