NewMarket Clubhouse Rentals

The clubhouse is available for rentals by RounTrey/NewMarket residents only.  Clubhouse rental does not include the swimming pool, pool deck, or any other Association property.  All weekend rentals include a post-event cleaning service.  Cleaning service is optional for weekday rentals.

Rental fees and rates:  (subject to change)           
Weekend (Friday – Sunday):
       $325 (6 hours)
       $50/each additional hour
 Weekday (Monday – Thursday):
        $100 (2 hours)
        $50/each additional hour
 Non-Profit (501c3 documentation required):
        $75 (2 hours)
        $25/each additional hour
Security Deposit:  
​        $200.00 (required for ALL rentals)

    NewMarket Clubhouse Reservation Request
    The NewMarket Clubhouse may only be rented by residents of RounTrey and NewMarket subdivisions. 
    ​You must be a current homeowner to submit a request and sign a rental agreement.
