NewMarket Clubhouse Rentals

The NewMarket clubhouse is available for rentals by RounTrey/NewMarket residents only. Clubhouse rental does not include the swimming pool, pool deck, or any other Association property.  Please check the calendar for availability before you submit your request (see below for the Clubhouse Reservation Form). 
Rental fees and rates:  (subject to change)           
Weekend (Thursday – Sunday before 5pm):
        $200 (4 hours)
       $50/each additional hour
  Weekday (Sunday after 5pm – Wednesday):
        $100 (2 hours)
        $50/each additional hour
  Resident-Only* (Sunday after 5pm – Thursday only):
        $50 (2 hours) or $100 (4 hours)
        $25/each additional hour
Security Deposit:  
​        $200.00 (required for ALL rentals)
Cleaning Service: 
        $150.00 (optional, but recommended)
