First, a big welcome to our incredible community! Our RounTrey neighborhood is growing fast, and it was important to us as the Welcoming Committee to offer you, one of our newest neighbors, a sincere and heartfelt welcome!
Each of us remembers the daunting task of moving into our homes. The entire experience, while exciting, can also be overwhelming. It’s our job to share some of that burden with you and extend a friendly hand.
You may already know of the many events we plan on the regular here in RounTrey, including an annual holiday bash around the New Year, Spring Fling and Fall Festival, 4th of July parade & float contest, and concert events held at the Clubhouse! And too many more to list!
We host quarterly neighbor socials and hope you will join us! Look for a Facebook page and HOA email update for the date. Mingle with new neighbors and enjoy refreshments!
Your RounTrey Social Committee is dedicated to planning events that become the envy of RVA, making living here more than just beautiful---we have fun, we get to know each other, and we are weaving a fabric of connections that make residents want to stay forever. We all feel fortunate as members of this tight-knit community and hope you do too!

Some Important Tidbits RounTrey is comprised of several sections that currently are:
Wivenhall, Spaldwick,Barkham, Graythorne, Bellstone, New Market, New Market Estates, New Market Village. And more to come!
We have two clubhouses and two pools, one in Graythorne and one in New Market. There is one tennis court behind the main clubhouse pool in Graythorne.
There are playgrounds in Barkham, Wivenhall, and by the New Market clubhouse.
Trash/recyclable service is included in HOA dues & is picked up on Tuesdays. It does NOT include bulk pickups (you must call to arrange this). Recyclables must all fit inside the bin. (Holidays push collection back 1 day)
At Halloween and winter holiday times, residents get into the spirit by decorating their lamppost with jack-o-lantern and snowman light covers. These are available on Amazon or Tisyourseason.com OR you can try to nab one from someone moving out of the hood.
Kayak slots are filled on a lottery system held in July annually! Keep an eye out on the weekly email and the neighborhood Facebook page for more details.
