RounTrey Clubhouse Overview
Our beautiful main clubhouse opened in late spring 2017. This gorgeous space has been designed with high-end, modern furnishings and boasts over 3,500 square feet of entertaining space, a bar area, a loft, two state-of-the-art 65 inch HD televisions, wifi access, a towering stacked stone gas fireplace, and an ample kitchen equipped with refrigerators, freezers, a toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, large sink, and dishwasher. The main clubhouse can accommodate up to 220 people.
The NewMarket clubhouse opened in 2019. It is more intimate than the main clubhouse, but still beautifully adorned with a large fireplace, modern comfortable furnishings, ample service space / bar area, refrigerator, sink, and washrooms. The washrooms are shared with the pool area during pool season, but can be separated from any pool traffic by the custom barn doors. The NewMarket clubhouse also has wifi and a large HD television. The NewMarket clubhouse can accommodate up to 93 people.
Both clubhouses are available for RounTrey sponsored events and paying rentals only. Note: Clubhouse rentals are for current residents of RounTrey only.
